Tatum  opened Allure Salon & Gallery on St. Patrick's Day 2004 and has been in the industry her entire life, literally.  As an educator and technical advisor for Schwarzkopf Professional, she is our in house color specialist.  Wether you're looking for the newest European trends or the most natural style, she'll custom fit your perfect look.

Natasha came to us in 2005 from Russia, where she was a Level 5 stylist.  Specializing strictly in women's hair, you're guaranteed to get the perfect color and editorial haircut.  Also, Natasha was a wedding style specialist in Russia and brings her expertise to her ever growing clientele of brides who rely on her to look like they stepped off the page of a magazine on their special day.  Brides in Russia even took her shopping for their headpieces.  Come check out her bridal portfolio, we guarantee you'll be blown away.

Lisa has been on our team since early 2007.  She'd love to give you a head to toe makeover!  Since mid 2009, Lisa has also taken on a position as a Technical Advisor for Schwarzkopf Professional, facilitating classes for Beauty Systems Group in Salons across Pennsylvania. As a result Lisa is on the cutting edge of trends within the industry. Lisa is also a remarkable makeup artist and can help put your best face forward.

Mani Santos, Tatum's oldest son (a Chihuahua/Boston Terrier mix), is the salon's mascot.  He comes to work with us most days as the official greeter. He will meet you at the door as soon as he sees your car pull up, but he will not run out.  He's very playful and may bring you a stuffed animal to throw for him.  If you do not like dogs and would like for him to not come near you, just let a recepeionist or Tatum know.
